Post Community - New Years Update
Dear all users of our community page,

As you probably already noticed, I've given the site a small facelift, which I hope you all like. It's propably just an adjustment of the old template, but I think the result is the best we've ever had on the site.

Now the site is more "alive" with colors and graphics.

In addition, I have also updated to the latest version of phpBB.

Hope you're happy with the result :-)

It's looking really good, especially the fact that you seem to have "compressed" everything on the pages, meaning that each post now takes up less space..

I really enjoy smaller things (THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID!!!)

I have not changed the site width in any case, but maybe the "new look" cheat your eyes :D

Well I wasn't thinking about width - width is always nice :D

I was actually thinking more about height.. I could have sworn that it was changed, but now when I compared to the Swedish forum it does actually look the same as always.. Guess you were right, it must be the new colours that cheat the eyes..

The forum seems to have been experiencing some issues lately. Have the internet servers in denmark been flooded again?

Yea, I have been getting daily errors as well for the last couple of weeks..

Quote:
General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 111 [2013]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.

Also, I'm not a big fan of the "You cannot make another post so soon after your last."-thing.. :/

It seems that our forum is down more and more often.. Is this something that is being worked on, or will it continue?
It would be very unfortunate if the forum were down during important periods (elections, wars, law-proposals etc.), so I would hope that the problems are only temporary :)

They also have a life? You make it sound like I actually have a life, which I don't! :D
ANyway, good to hear that it is being addressed!

I think i gotta agree with Stente (in antoher topic), he really has no life.
Because if he experiences downtime often, he's gotta live his life here on erepublik.dk. :P

I log in here at least 10 times a day and i never experienced downtime c",)
